Independent Residential Living is for senior adults who want to maintain an active, independent way of life. For one reasonably priced monthly fee, these spacious two bedrooms and two bath cottages come with so many features and services; the only thing you must do is exactly what you want to do. All cottages are all inclusive including:
* Paid utilities (except Telephone and Cable)
* Wifi
* Cottage maintenance (excluding damage caused by tenant/family/friends/pets, etc.)
* All major appliances including washer and dryer
* Activities and special events (Conducted and held at Grandwood Assisted Living)
* Emergency Call System (extra charges apply for non-emergency calls)
* Professional maintenance of grounds
* Smoke detectors throughout
* Individual Climate Controls
* Use of Common Areas in Grandwood Assisted Living
* Transportation (extra charges apply for this amenity)
* Weekly light housekeeping
* Monthly Wellness checks
* Weekly Staff courtesy call
* 60 meals per month at Grandwood Assisted Living
Additional Meals may be added for an additional fee
Additional housekeeping services may be added for a fee
